If they choose to do so The can not shoot with that unit on there next turn, and must still obey HEAVY WEAPONS rule. the attacker must declare his shooting, once he does the target must halt the movement of the troops For a shooting phase, If any wounds area allocated the target and his allies within 35 feet must take a panic test. If the test fails they must stay put and can no longer move this turn, If the pass the test your target may continue their movement phase.

Weapons with the TWIN LINKED rule may re-roll all shots that failed once per shooting phase.
Keen eye:
units with this rule may shoot double their range 2x per game.
Phase shift:
Models with this special rule may move 5 hexes in any direction 3x per game, The unit may still shoot after activating PHASE SHIFT. The unit can also activate PHASE SHIFT in close combat or if it has already moved ( when a model with a heavy weapon activates plane shift They ignore the HEAVY WEAPONS rules. can only be activated during your shooting or Melee Phase).
Hold It Steady!:
Models with this rule may forfeit a shooting phase to gain +10% to attack roll.
